Stacia Reviany Mege, S.E., M.S.M. (born in Manado, July 9, 1991) is an Assistant Lecturer at Diponegoro University’s Vocational School, teaching in the Diploma programs for Taxation, Company Management, and the D4 Logistics Management & Administration program.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sam Ratulangi University (2012) and a Master’s in Strategic Management from Universitas Indonesia (2016). Her teaching portfolio covers a diverse range of subjects including English Conversation, Marketing Management, Innovation Management, Salesmanship, Customs & Excise, and International Trade.
As co-author of the study “Enhancing English Language Proficiency in HRM: A Strategic Imperative for Logistics Efficiency,” Stacia explores how English skills support logistics HR practices, especially in cross‑cultural workplace settings.
She also contributes to research on human development and economic logistics, including a study on how goods and services traffic affects the Human Development Index.
Beyond research and teaching, Stacia serves as Chair of the Vocational Summer School and International Programs at the Vocational School of UNDIP, promoting global exposure and cultural exchange through initiatives like the annual Summer School for international students
