Prof. Dr. Drs. Ngatno, M.M. is a full professor at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Diponegoro University (UNDIP). He holds a Doctorate (Dr.) from Universitas Brawijaya, a Master’s in Management (M.M.), and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Drs.).
His research focuses on the philosophy of administration and business decision-making. Notably, he has developed models of responsive and proactive marketing orientation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, emphasizing the importance of digital marketing orientation to enhance MSME performance.
Prof. Ngatno has contributed extensively to academic literature, with publications in journals such as Earth and Environmental Science, Asian Journal of Microbiology, Biotechnology & Environmental Sciences, and AACC Bio-flux.
