Dr. Mahfudz, S.E., M.T. is a senior academic and leader within the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Diponegoro University. He earned his Bachelor’s (S.E.) and Master’s in Management (M.T.)—and completed his doctorate—at Diponegoro University. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Quality Assurance Task Force for the Master of Management Program and has been appointed Chair of the Department of Management as of March 2025.
His expertise lies in operations management, particularly quality assurance in higher education, where he leads curriculum evaluation, learning process audits, and ensures alignment with both the university’s 2020–2024 strategic plan and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).
Dr. Mahfudz is well-known within national academic circles: in October 2022, he was elected as Deputy Chair of APSMBI (the Alliance of Management & Business Study Programs in Indonesia) for the 2022–2024 term.
An active researcher, his recent studies span organizational citizenship, SME resilience during crises, and risk assessment in banking—contributing publications in national and international journals since 2020
