Dr. Edy Raharja, S.E., M.Si. is a lecturer (Lektor) in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business at Diponegoro University. He holds a Master’s degree (M.Si) from Gadjah Mada University (2002) and earned his Doctorate (Dr.) from Brawijaya University in 2010.
He specializes in human resource management and organizational behavior, teaching courses such as organizational behavior, HR management, business planning, competitive advantage strategy, and research project supervision . His research focuses on employee engagement, organizational performance, e‑learning, social loafing, SME productivity, and work–family conflict.
Dr. Raharja also leads community service initiatives, including e‑business planning workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs under the university’s outreach programs
